Yann Robbiola, former head of equity derivatives and structured products sales in France for Merrill Lynch, has left the US bank. Yann Robbiola, who was based in Paris, joined Merrill Lynch in 2000. At Merrill, Yann Robbiola held a number of positions, including sales of structured products, equity derivatives and investment funds (hedge funds and traditional), portfolio trading and equity sales. Most recently, he led a five-person team on multi-asset structured class and equity derivatives. Robbiola previously worked for Citibank and before that for BNP Paribas. His destination is unknown, but we understand that he will set up his own company.
